I appreciated the comfort, the daily room cleaning, and the incredibly friendly staff. The quiet ambiance on the 18th floor was a delight, as was the high quality of the room amenities. The view from the room was excellent, and the hotel’s location in a peaceful neighborhood added to the overall experience. The free parking for our rented car was convenient, and we enjoyed a wonderful massage at their spa. Additionally, the concierge did a fantastic job handling the flawless delivery of parcels we had ordered from Amazon. Overall, our stay was exceptional.

Extremely beautiful hotel and has an amazing lounge. The manager is very lovely and the dinner was amazing. The view was decent. The staff was extremely lovely.

Excellent services from hotel staff. Morning Breakfast serving team was excellent. Mentioning a few names Wen, Tun, Rose. Front desk team goes out of their way and give services for our comfort.

Junior suite, simply exceeded the expecations! Massive room size, 2 washrooms, the bigger one is literally so big, you have to walk down from the basin to the shower area! Excellent breakfast spread, though seats and capacity can be increased. Amazing management and every one of the staff is proactive and making their way to maintain the guest relations as best as they can. Location takes a hit, but there is nothing that far off where a taxi can't come to help. This is away from the downtown, in the hospital city. It's not crowded at all, but you won't find much stuff around except for a mall at 3 minutes drive. Nonetheless, you'd want to stay here again solely because this hotel is exceptional!

From the front desk to housekeeping.our check-in was made smoothly by a nice lady named Fatimah. She welcomes us with a beautiful smile and makes us feel at home.The restaurant served exquisite meals. Overall, everything was perfect.Leaving was the hardest part. This wasn’t just a hotel—it felt like a second home. If you're looking for a place that combines beauty, comfort, and the kind of service that restores your faith in hospitality, look no further. We can’t wait to return.
