The rooms are big in size, the staff at the reception were very welcoming and professional. The check-in and check out were very fast and smooth. Ms. Lamis at the reception was great, she paid attention to the smallest details for comfort. The gentleman at the concierge desk was very helpful. The housekeeping tighed up the room in a very dedicated manner and arranged all my make up and everything very nicely, it was obvious that this person is very dedicated and loves what they do. The porters were very kind and helpful. All in all is a great experience. We had a congress at the Mohammed Bin Rashid University and it's only 2 min walking. Great experience and pleasant atmosphere. They have an EV station chargers also and that was very convenient. Also the valet and security teams are very helpful and there are plenty of taxis and transportation options available and they facilitate that very fast. The breakfast was good and the moroccan and Spanish chefs were very kind!

She welcomes us with a beautiful smile and makes us feel at home.The restaurant served exquisite meals. Overall, everything was perfect.Leaving was the hardest part. This wasn’t just a hotel—it felt like a second home. If you're looking for a place that combines beauty, comfort, and the kind of service that restores your faith in hospitality, look no further. We can’t wait to return.

The view from the room was excellent, and the hotel’s location in a peaceful neighborhood added to the overall experience. The free parking for our rented car was convenient, and we enjoyed a wonderful massage at their spa. Additionally, the concierge did a fantastic job handling the flawless delivery of parcels we had ordered from Amazon. Overall, our stay was exceptional.
